Job Description

As a Production Engineer, you will be a key member of the Corrective Action Boards (CAB) and will be responsible for failure analysis and implementing corrective and process optimization actions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) – Identifying mechanical failures and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Production system optimization – Introducing improvements to enhance process efficiency and reliability.
• Quality control and performance monitoring – Ensuring high operational standards.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams – Working towards continuous production improvement.
• Reviewing and creating technical specifications – Ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) – Precision design and mechanical analysis.

What We Expect From You

• Higher technical education – Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and process improvement strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of quality control techniques and process optimization
• Proficiency in developing and interpreting mechanical specifications
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Fluent English (including technical terminology) – Working in an international team
• Aerospace industry experience or knowledge of industry standards – Preferred but not required
