• Collaborate with business teams across various regions to define and refine IT project requirements.
• Manage system enhancements, including design, testing, and change control processes.
• Assist with Oracle EBS configuration and manufacturing data conversion for integration projects.
• Design and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Develop training documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Work closely with external software and service providers.
  

• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules: MES, WIP, and Quality.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, such as MSCA, Inventory, PIM, BOM, PO, Cost Management, ASCP, iSupplier, and iProcurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in project-driven environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (written & spoken).
