Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for a flexible, part-time role? RDT Systems Limited is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with bookkeeping and business administration. This role offers the potential for increased hours depending on demand. About the Role: Part-time, remote position (10 hours per week, with the potential to increase) Must be worked between 10 AM - 4 PM, split over a minimum of two days Initial training will take place remotely over zoom. After training, you will have the flexibility to work remotely within the specified hours What You’ll Be Doing: Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping Managing Xero transactions and reconciliations VAT returns (with the potenitial of helping with payroll as and when needed) General business administration tasks and customer reporting. Who We're Looking For: AAT Level 3 or above Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience Proficient in Xero - confident with bank reconciliations, reporting, and VAT returns, and Google Sheets Self-motivated & proactive - able to take initiative, make decisions and ask questions when needed Ideally, but not essential to be UK-Dorset based.
